All Creatures Animal Hospital, Renee Receptionist / Accts. Receivables
All creatures animal hospital, dr. Nisar ahmed, renee receptionist/accts. Receiveable broke oral contract, tried to cash post dated checks, lied and overcharged us, didn't give us right medication ripoff deception

We took our cat to the vet because he had a seizure and was salvating at the mouth profusely. We told the doctor our cat started going in circles, and then started flopping all over the room. This lasted a good 2to3 minutes. The doctor never ran any tests or took any x-rays of the head. Our cat was there for 6 days.

Everytime we would come and visit our cat, he was soaked with his saliva and breathing hard. Come to find out, he was having seizures in the cage and no one ever saw it happening or checked on him. The doctor nor his receptionist never called and gave us an update on his condition, and they never let us know how much the bill was getting to be nor did they inform us of charges beforehand. We were told the price of bloodwork, but nothing else.

The first night we gave them a check for $300.00. A few days later, we gave them another check for $350.00. When we got the final bill. We were shocked! The total was $1650.00 I was very angry because we were not kept updated on charges. I asked them for an itemized statement. This is what they gave me. It said he gave my cat 27 shots at $20.00 each etc. That is so vague. Not what kind of shot was given or the time it was given. It is really hard to believe he was given 27 shots, for what?

Now it was time to pick up turbo. We had to make payment arrangements. We told them our financial situation. We only receive a disability check. Renee the girl in the office wanted me to write them post dated checks. I got very angry with her because i didn't feel comfrontable about doing that. They wouldn't agree to us mailing them a check. The following night we made arrangements to pay the bill. I wrote out 7to8 checks to them. I wrote 7 checks for $100.00 and the final payment was 234.00. I signed them and put in the amounts. She asked me not to write in the dates of the checks.

Renee the office girl, promised me they wouldn't deposit any checks until we called to authorize it. She said it didn't matter if it was only $20.00 a month, as long it was something. She garanteed us that no one would deposit the checks, until told to do so. We told her that it would be a month or so until another payment could be made. She said no problem.

All the vet did was send him home with antibiotics and told us results of the blood panel work. Didn't give anything for his seizures. He didn't know why he was having them. The doctor called the end of feb. Because turbo was suppose to come back for another appt. That is the only time they have called us.in the mean time, turbo continued to have bad seizures so we took him to another vet. We told him the symptoms he was having and he said it was the classic symptoms of seizures. He took x-rays and gave us seizure meds. This doctor only charged us $120.00.

We realy feel we're taken advantge of. They broke their oral contract.instead of calling us and asking if they can deposit a check. They went and deposited all the checks i post dated. There wasn't enough money in the bank to cover all of the checks so we were charged bank charges. I put a stop payment on all the checks. We were way overcharged. That doctor did absolutely nothing for my cat.
