I was sold two chihuahua puppies Feburary 5 2006 from gizmo star chihuahuas. They were taken to the vet the next day here where I live in Albuquerque. The girl tested positive for parvo virus, and is being hospitalized. On the 7th of Feburary the boy fell ill and was hospitalized as well. He did in the vet clinic the next night. I was reembersed for only one dog (675). California law states that they owe me 150% of the purchase price for both dogs. I paid 675 for one and 775 for the other. The breeder is not complying and refusing to pay me any more.By law he owes me 2175-675= 1,500. The vet bills go far beyond that. I have all the documentation I need. I'm hoping this will help me collect for my loses, because this breeder doesn't want to pay me. The breeder's name is Connie and her husband is Bob.
