Me and my wife were married on May 20. The photographer was contracted to take pictures and film a video.
The contract reads that the video and CD of proofs are to be provided at least 90 days after the event.
It has now been over 8 months. We have contacted the photographer several times and we get the same story that he is working on them. He often promises set dates and always fails to deliver.
The last time this happened was last Friday (Jan. 27). He said he would have everything ready for us on Monday (Jan. 30) and when we called he said he was working on it.
I am looking for a full refund of the $4,000 we paid in advance plus $5,000 in damages for loss of the pictures and video of an event that will never take place again.
