Ripoff worst in the world—no way out! Ripoff business from hell MN

I am thankful that I can at least sound off somewhere other than my husband. We recently moved to MN and when I called QWEST to get local phone hook up they offered me two cell phones and internet connection to my home as a package deal. I needed to cell phones (hubby and I), internet connection and local phone so I got all 3. I received 1 phone at my house.

When I called to follow up on the the other phone I was told they couldn't deliver to anything but a mailboxes etc because it was against the law (didn't I already get one at the house???).

When I drove to the MB ETC they sent it to there were two phones waiting for me. I refused shipment for one of the phones. I am still to this day being charged for 3 phones. I have spent HOURS, HOURS, HOURS on the phone trying to rectify this to no acceptable end yet. I was told the inside sales rep that did this quit, no notes, it can't be rectified, the tracking label on the box isn't really the tracking label. Noone's received the phone back.

By the way, the automated attendant that QWEST uses is full most of the time I call and it automatically hangs up on me. They have cut my service off with no viable way of rectifying the situation acceptably, randomly added additional services to my phone, randomly charged me for another phone and every time I call in it GETS WORSE. When I requested to be transferred to collections, the rep tells me I have to call back in and start the whole hour long ordeal over again. And then they report me for not paying all of these dummy charges!!!

Get this—no DSL coverage in my area—and they charge me a HOOK UP FEE???

I have requested 3 times for new correct bills to be sent to me—and I haven't received one yet. My company reimburses cell bill and so far they haven't found one of QWEST's itemizations to be acceptable.

Based on my experience, I tried to cancel my contact. You know it! They charge an extraordinary fee.

HELP! This should be against the law. I recently contacted the better business folks to see if there is anything I can do.
