I've asked them to explain how im suposingly behind and they cant tell me nd keep raising my bill, now they are charging me for feburay and march, its not even here yet, in dec I made alot of payments to them and was told i was caught up, than now they say im not, nd say I owe 300 on my bill this is crazy
