I am experiencing the exact same problem with Lean Life PM as many others, including Robyn in Kansas. Never do I reach the customer care department, after being on hold for several minutes they ask you to key in your telephone number and leave a reason for the call, but you never hear back from them. I have sent several e-mails cancelling this program as they are deducting $99.90 from my checking account way before the time limit they tell you, and even after I cancelled.
I will now have to cancel my card with my bank in order to stop their charges, which will inconvenience me tremendously as I have auto-deduct for my auto insurance, car payments, and many others.
I believe that this company is ripping people off on a daily basis and need to be stopped immediately. Any help you can assist me with in order to get my money back would be greatly appreciated.
