Ripoff: charging way too much for bad service

I was trying to order tickets through the TicketMaster website. Unfortunately I was unable to do so (and honestly unwilling to do so). First of all, most screen time out after 1 minute.By the time I entered all the information, the time was up and I had to start over again. How stupid is that? Second of all, their security words are almost impossible to decipher. I can only read 1 out of 3. Once you manage to get pass that hurdle, their system give you strange error messages without telling you what exactly is wrong. And last but not least, their fees are outrageous! To order a $10 ticket they charge $10.50 in fees ($4 convenience fee $4 order processing fee $2.50 delivery fee).
Here is a suggestion: why don't they introduce a usage fee. For every second you use their system they could charge $0.01. That way they could get rid of the 1 minute limit. The longer people need to order tickets, the more money they would make.
