I ordered 250 custom business cards from www.vistaprint.com on 11/28/05. I received my order on 12/6/05. Every card was cut off center. They are not usable at all.
I called the customer service number 1-800-721-6214 to complain. A recorded message stated that the department was unavailable due to a problem at their facility.
I sent an email to customer service at [email protected] and got a generic reply. I have emailed them twice more since then and got the same generic reply both times.
Their customer service is a joke. It's as bad as their workmanship.
