In Aug. 2005 we bought a new phone and was told by the store we had to gt a new contract for the savings. One was a mail in rebate. After 5 months we called and they said we got an instant rebate at the store and wouldn't listen to what we said. Also rude and hard to understand.
We also took a phone one line and had it activated on another line and asked for text messaging. The agent on the phone never said that phone was unable to use tect mess. After getting a bill for $508 dollars for web access, I called sprint and a very rude agent told me the onlt way to use text mess. On that phone was through the web. And they could do nothing about the charges.
Today I called to find out when all the contracts were up and found they said I agreed to a new 2 year contract on another phone we have on sprint. I never agreed to that and asked for written proof. I got a runaround and put on hold for 10 minutes. Over the past year I find their service has gone down and they customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
