Ripoff ordered a Bible recieved poor service and unhelpful return e-mails

On December 20th I ordered a Bible from Pan De Vida to be sent to my brother-in-law in South Carolina. It is January 12th and he still has not recieved the package. The website claims to ship from California to South Carolina in 5 days depending on weather conditions.

I have communicated with Pan de Vida through their website on January 7th about the situation. I recieved a reply saying that the package was sent on December 21st which was no help at all. I could gather that when I checked my package online through their website.

I replied to the e-mail I recieved yesterday and I have yet to recieve a response. Once again, I wrote another response to the same e-mail I responded to yesterday.

I want to find out where the order is. I am about to give up and just dispute the transaction with my bank and never order from that web-site again.
