I bought a number of appliances from brandsmart and they promised to deliver every day by the sales man "don hunter" but in approx two and one half to three month i had not received merchandise. I cancelled all but they would not allow me to cancel the oven. I believe i should have been able to cancel because they could not deliver in a timely manner. I removed the home depot drand but i had to pay a restock fee of approx. 175.00 dollars. I believe brandsmart should pay the restocking fee and the extra fee the contractor charged to switch these items out. Their customer service and policy stinks and i will never set foot in that store again. Customer no service is the death kill.
