Given an option to cancel a supposite FREE sample after ten days. Cancelled the order well within the ten day period, even after dealing with ride customer service persons, continuallly hanging the phone up in my face or holding the phone without saying anything.
When they charged my account $89.90 on november 29 I called them and ask why they had charged my account and this order had been cancelled. The customer service person told me to refuse the shipment for the product to be returned to them. Now they are saying there is no proof that I returned the product to them and they are refusing to give me my money back. After all of this the product did not work!
