Approximately 9 months ago, my husband ordered, then cancelled an order for Rx Lean, Ontario, CA. The order was cancelled and no product was received. On 9/11, there was a debit of 79.95 taken from our checking account. This is one.
The second fraud came almost at the same time. He ordered a free trial of hoodia from Miracle Burn, New York (doing business also as Excell Now LLC. The charge was supposed to be 6.95. This was also cancelled. The company charged 69.95 to the debit card. After numerous attempts to contact both companies, I notified our bank and filled out the dispute and fraud papers.
They promptly credited our account for both of these amounts and are handling the matter for us. I would like very much to be contacted if anyone has any success with dealing with either of these companies.
