I ordered an apple ipod mini 6gb because it was so cheap 159.99 and from what i believed to be an english company
Well i was so wrong
The call center is in india, if you ever manage to get through to them and when you do they talk through their asses
They are not an english web store they are owned my an american company called nepco
I placed my order in november and was told i will recieve it well b4 xmas eve. Yet did it come did it eck
Im constantly contacting them and am not getting no answers from them
They dont reply to emails
Now there phone lines have gone dead
God knows how much it costs to call this toll free number as they stated (i should of realised then it was an american company) but it did have a london code 0207
Ill just have to wait for the phone bill cus thats another way to make money out of innocent people like me who just wanted to buy a nice present at a nice price
And its too late now as it was a xmas present
I will be phoning my credit card and asking them to investigate the matter and hopefully get a refund
But my advice is dont buy from them dont go near dont have anything to do with either companies. Really dont buy from anyone who you have never heard of as there are so many other companies out there doing the same
