I ordered a sample research paper which was supposed to be "completely original" with research pertaining to my topic description. What I received was a complete plagiarized article, not about my topic at all, that I found in its completion after looking for about 30 seconds on the internet.
I filled out their revision request and they said they would take care of it and I would receive the revised paper within 5 business days. I contacted them over 8 times in the course of the next 20 days when I had not recieved anything and they kept assuring me I would receive it the next day. They were aware of my deadlines and they missed both.
Only after, I contacted them (now a good week after my 2nd deadline) to tell them to cancel it because I went to a different company who took care of it in a day, did I miraculously receive their paper THE NEXT DAY. Even though I sent them the notification before the sent the paper, and I didnt open it, and it is more than 20 days late, they refuse to give me a refund. They had even charged an extra 5 dollars per page for it being due in less than 30 days. However, what they sent in 30 days didnt match the description of the topic, and if the revision even did, I didnt receive that for about 45 days total.
