As an ex-GSM employee I can tell you that the only Management service they offer is how to withdraw money from your Bank Account.
Their employee training only involves how to cover your rear-end and that of GSM's and how to put more money in their in GSM's bank account.
Employees receive more compensation the longer they stay at an organization.
Their so called "business consultants" are anyone who has a degree that is willing to take your money! They do not necessarily have experience in your type of business.
