Bought a new Maytag dishwasher from Sears. After a few months, a wheel on the upper rack fell off. Sears has sent a repair man five times and delivered three of the same incorrect part - an entire rack assembly. We have spent countless hours on the phone and gotten nowhere. Their "lemon line" is always busy. Their other customer service centers are uncoordinated and grossly incompetent. This has been going on for six months!
