Demetreous Mellonas contacted me on August 30 stating that he could get me bookings as a model and as a actress. He booked me a $7000 acting job for Riddle of the Shadows post production in Hollywood California. It never came, he then ran some horse and pony show for about a month over that job saying he was renegotiating my terms for payment with them. He came up with a $9000 acting gig with a $4000 modeling gig for the same movie Riddle of the Shadows.
He claimed that it was Amulets Investors and Board of Directors that were making things difficult. He even told me about his brother being out in Hollywood as some big time director. He told me about his sister dying from being in a coma.
He then proceeded to tell me about how the board of directors would be kicked out and how he would own the company. I have around 400 emails to lay out this story. It's too long and difficult to lay out on this.
Too sum it up, he took money not from just me but 30 other models so far. I have over $30,000 in unpaid contracts, and there are others who have over $100,000 in unpaid contracts. I have emails from other girls with the same story as me. I am currently looking for a class action lawyer and I have the backing of and cooperation of the other models.
We need someone to hear us, we need help with this. We have contacted the credit card fraud people, the bbb, the charities fraud people, I have personally taken his sight down from the internet. We need help before this guy dissapears, please contact us.
