As I said to the Victoria's Secret saleswoman, I'll try to keep this brief. Michael T. Lucey is one dumb attorney, folks. A partner at Gordon & Rees since 1987, and now serving as the managing partner of the firm, Mr. Lucey has specialized in employment law and related litigation for over 20 years.
Despite doing all this, he's accomplished a first in America. He has filed a lawsuit on behalf of one of his clients. The charge: breach of contract for talking with one of the former company's clients who works with his brother-in-law. The next thing that happened, I received a letter from Lucey's idiotic firm, stating that if I talk to my brother-in-law's friend about snow loads on roofs, he would file a lawsuit against me. He also threatened to file a lawsuit against me if I talked to my brother-in-law, which happens to be one of my former company's clients. They also threatened to take my professional engineering license.
They told me if I called KGO radio for any reason, he and his firm would take my license away. Michael, I have the letter, would you like to read it? And now Michael has done it big time. I bet he'd love to give his life-savings to be invisible right now.
Michael Lucey has no brain. He apparently is a member of the 4-H Club, short for Huh, Hey, Hadn't Heard It's Harassment of Heck If I Know. He's the representative of a dangerous savage child race. He's defintiely been paid a visit by the Men In Black and had his memory erased. Thanks to his goons, I now have the difficult task of filing bankruptcy for talking to my family. My family and I broke down in tears because this hurt us personally. Because his clients have lots of money, they can afford to harass family members.in Lucey's sick mind, if he cannot create the criminals, then he manufactures them.
Obviously, Michael Lucey defends people for civil rights violations at work, but now he also takes time to violate other people's civil rights as well. I think he hates Hispanics and Muslims, judging by the way he and his firm treated me in their case. I now know what it's like for others to be discriminated against. With Moron & Sleaze, all someone would have to do is give them a big retainer, file a lawsuit against them, make them declare bankruptcy, and damage their reputation and credit forever. They ought to market themselves as the San Francisco Taliban.
I guess Michael's never even heard of malicious prosecution or SLAPP. Hasn't he read the Varian case? My boss at my former place praised me - I have the emails as proof - and then Michael's firm convinced that firm to file a lawsuit against me. Michael's got a brain only his mother could love. Michael could write the Idiot's Guide to Everything.

Because he and his firm is the Weakest Link.
In my opinion, Lucey's obvious philosophy is to ring up attorney's fees just like banks charge fees on fake-free checking. Lucey has no soul or ability to research, obviously. Before taking a claim to court, he should have checked out my family. And thanks to him, he's wasting the precious resources of Santa Clara County Court to fight this frivolous lawsuit. His favorite shows must be Divorce Court and Family Fued.
I'm not saying Michael Lucey and his idiotic firm Moron & Sleaze should be put out of business. I'm just showing the people out there what he and his San Francisco office did. If this is the way he treated me, imagine how he'll (mis) treat you. So much for being a "Super Lawyer" that he claims.
Micahel made a settlement offer through my attorney. They want a retraction and to pay my old company $16,000 for their mental torture of me. I guess he really hates fmaily because his firm wants me to disown my brother-in-law.
Nationwide, people are talking about this. And there's a campaign going around at the local area shopping malls. Many people will be watching and day by day, month by month, and year by year, people will think of Moron & Sleaze as the Weakest Link. Unlike that bar Cheers, it's not necessarily a good thing when everyone knows your name.

I'll tell the folks out there to stop and I'll update this complaint when Moron & Sleaze drops the complaint and the lawsuit against me and refunds my money I paid to my attorney. I also want a personal apology to me and my family.
