If you're looking for an entry-level position in Marketing, this is not the place to interview. The site is two rooms. The first room is for the receptionist, and the 2nd is for the hiring manager.
They ask for references and your Social Security #. I didn't see the point of the references if I wasn't being offered a job. I also never give my SS# out, unless I am hired and filling out paperwork for HR.
If you're used to interviewing at professional corporations, you will be disappointed with this company.
This is more a sales position than marketing.
