On November 20th I ordered three t-shirts from cottonfactory.com. (I was trying to get a jump on Christmas shopping). On this particular day I also ordered stuff from other online stores.in the email receipt that was sent from CottonFactory.com I was told that my items would be to me in 7 business days.
When the 7th day came and went and I did not receive my package I emailed them asking for a tracking number. No response. I checked my checking ccount balance online - yep they had drawn the funds from my bank account already.
I then called them and was told by a recording that they only way to reach customer service was to send an email. So I sent another email and another and NEVER got a response. These website has good prices on shirts but they do not send the shipments out. Beware!
