Last summer I was sent advertisment from BMG music offering good deals for CD's, five dollars a piece. I ordered three (3) of them and paid in advance with my visa card. They continued to bombard me with advertisments but I never responded, I ordered all I wanted and paid for them. Later, they sent me a bill for $28.28, for one CD that they claim to of sent me. The name of the CD they are claiming to have sent is "Lamb of God". I neither ordered through their catalog, and never received it!
I refuse to pay them (BMG Music) a cent more and especially for something I never ordered or received in the first placed. Also from what I see, there CD's sure went up overnight when i did order three (3) of them for five dollars ($5.00) a piece. Now one CD is costing $28.28. BMG has hired a collection agency to collect and I'm be threatened to have my good credit ruined if I do not pay. I've made many attempts to contact BMG and explain to them that I never ordered the CD "Lamb of God". I have A1 credit rating, I pay all my bills, but BMG Music is out of line and I've never experienced this before. I need advice of what I can do. Thank you
Appreciatively:
