They sent me CD that I never ordered - and now are reminding me to pay their bill. Ripoff

I received an invoice with a CD from BMC Classical Music (P.O. Box 91501, Indianapolis, IN 46291-0009). I never ordered it. (They sent me hits from the 1980s, and I detest music, almost ALL music - and never even listen to music except when it's part-and-parcel of a movie.)

Today they sent me a "reminder" that I haven't paid their bill (for something I never ordered and don't want!). They also put something on their invoice about how a bounced check could cost me $20 if it is returned unpaid. What?

This is harrassment and a con.
