Columbia House - Sony Music they sent me a bill saying i have a past due account i had no idea who they were i called and i got transfered from line to line then disconnected

I recieved a letter in the mail from bmg music that i had a past due account on cd's i ordered but i had never ordered any so when i called bmg i was transfered to several representatives before finally being disconnected when i finally called back i was then told the bill was forwared to some sort of collection agency i was then given that number to a place that never answered i reported it to my credit agency but they reported back that bill was valid and it wasnt taken off my report what do i do
