I e-mailed Dr. Levine at Physicians Direct asking for a list of contents for his Ultimate Weight Loss Formula explaining that I have Interstitial Cystitis and certain substances cause me to flare which results in major pain. I didn't recieve a response, and since there was no "non-refund" policy, I ordered this product for $69.95 plus $8.99 for Prioity Mail shiping. Once the product arrived I discovered it does indeed contain B vitamins and green tea both of which I cannot tolerate. I phoned the company to ask how to return this product for a refund of the $69.95 and was tersely told that they do not accept returns for any reason nor do they provide refunds. I think Physicians Direct should be required to list the contents of the products they sell on their web site and that they should clearly state (before the orders page) that they have a strict no returns/no refund policy and I think I should receive a refund since none of this was made clear before or during my purchase transaction.
