I know everyone is expecting to here a debtor complain about a collection agency and how they where threatend, harassed or even had there account over drawn by an unauthorized payment!
This time it's different. I'm on the inside looking out! I'm a professional debt collector. I understand we make mistakes and we do our best to correct them, thanks to your help and participation to conclude these unresolved issues.
As a former employee of a well estabilished company, i'm hurt to say that my experience with american commercial credit services will be an unforgetable one. My employment with accs was temporary as so it seems permanant! Permanant, like the scares in my heart and my mind. I love my occupation as a professional debt collector not as a office equipment mover! I was hired to collect money and help fix people credit but i was told to move heavy office furniture and equipment or be fired!
Now, we all understand going beyond are jod title to help but this is ludacris. I was injured in a car accident 2days prior and no mercy was taken. This caused me to miss 2weeks of work due to this company relocating and didnt get paid for time missed. Usually a top notch company such as accs should be able to hire professionals to complete the task but not in this case! What would you do? Lose your job or put on the yoke and plow the field?
So we all need to understand from the employeer to the collector and the collector to the debtor. There is a fine line between professionalism and respect all the way to doing my job and people taking care of thier priorities. That goes debtors as well. Because we all play a part in the credit industry.
