Yes i rented a playstaion2 from rent a center, and when i went and made my first payment the told me about thing cal rac benefits. It would b 4 dollars added on my bill every week, and that the benefits would help at the docotrs office, etc., but the one benefit was if u lost your job then they work out an agreement to help you.
I signed for the benefits and paid over 400 dollars towards my agreement when i was laid off from work. Seeing that i had bought into the this, after being laid off they told me that they dont care about my lost and they wanted payment, and i said i thought i was covered from being laid off. They said it did not matter they wanted there money.
I only owed less than 100 dollars b4 the merchindise was mine, but they threaten me on numours occasions, banging on my my mothers door, calling calling and calling. Well i couldnt not take it anymore, this place tricked me into an agreement.
I wouldnt be so angry if i hadnt paid 4 dollars that they added to my bill for these benefits that were totaly fabercated, and only owing them less than 100 dollars to own the item, being they jack the price so high they could of done something to help me like they were suppose to, i PAID for the rac benefits, is there anything that i could do? Please help
