Hurricane Wilma & Sprint PCS
Gauged post Wilma bill by, 5x the normal rate when billing error was presented to customer service. They would not refund the over charge of $381.00 and said I needed to talk to another department. Putting me on hold 4 times and a standard wait time of 15 each time I was transfered. I will not let sprint PCS get away with this price gauging scam and want to hear from other of you if this has happen to you.
I intent to file and present a case infront our the Florida attorney General (Charlie Christ) on this subject if this is not address quickly and a stopped it put to it.
