My jaw dropped after reading all these testimonials from ripped off consumers! I too, had the same horrible experiences with the owner of the doxy lingerie website, JENNIFER LUTKE, in Oct 04, only I was ripped off from her other website Jenns Jammies and Jennifers Boutique. It was a complete nightmare dealing with such a malicious business owner!
In Oct, I placed my order online for over $600 worth of lingerie for my wedding. Her website says most things ship within a week (2-3 at latest), which is a complete lie. I get a confirmation email that day. Ten days later, I email her (she doesn't have a phone number that you can call) requesting a shipment status. She replies it'll ship out that week.
THREE weeks later, I email her again telling her I haven't received my order & request a shipping number. I also mention that if I don't get a tracking # from her, that I would have my credit card co. Reverse the charge. I email again asking for a shipping #, the owner ignores my email, so I have the charge reversed.
By late NOVEMBER, Canada Post attempts her extremely tardy delivery, and I refuse it (as recommended by my credit card co). Jennifer Lutke the owner finds out about the reversal of the charge & she emails me threatening to file a police report against me. I email her outlining all of my correspondences to her, and she then threatens to have her "lawyer husband" sue me for lingerie that I never had.
If that wasn't bad enough, she threatens me this time with filing a fraud claim against me claiming that I had my credit card company reverse a higher amount than what she charged me!
I am apalled that Jennifer Lutke, owner of doxy lingerie, jenns jammies, and jennifers boutique online, is and is still able to operate her businesses to this day. Where are the consumers' rights? I noticed she has responded to other peoples' complaints against her, and threatened them as well with law suits. Shame on you Jennifer Lutke. You should be disgusted with yourself.
