After receiving an email offering me a free bottle of Acai Berry capsules if I would pay postage only, I received a bottle in an envelope without any information on the product or the company.in a few days I received a second bottle of a similar product. When I received my credit card bill I had been charged two times for $87.13 each. I used the phone # shown on my credit card and called FWM.
After many calls and much waiting time I talked with a lady who said she would cancel any further orders and issue a refund to my credit card. She gave me a confirmation #, 115647, and said I would receive an email confirming this.
I have not recieved an email and contacted the company again and was told I would receive and email confirming I was being refunded the charges. I also contacted my credit card twice telling them of the fraud and asking them not to accept any more charges from the company. I offered to cancel my card if there was any danger of any more charges. I was told that would not be necessary that they would take care of it.
