Stole from my bank account for 2 years Nationwide

I got the free 30 day trial, i cancelled after 25 days, the coustomer rep assured me all was fine, i forgot all about it untill 2 years later when i had some checks bounce, I then went through all my bank statements deligently, and saw that they had been deducting 7.95 a month from my account every month for 2 years, i called them, they refused to refund my money. They told me i never cancelled, but couldnt find my taped cancelation.

Then told me to call back the next tuesday. The man i needed to talk to wasnt there. They told me they dont get the recordings out just for anyone, and they would call me back. A supervisor called me shortly after that, and explained to me that this was all my fault, and they dont need to find the tape. Because i never canceled, and i paid for a service that was available to me for all this time, even though he noted that I hadnt logged on to the site after my free trial. Well, they ripped me off, i ate it with no other options.
