AP9 - ripoff fraudulent billing

I authorized Bargain Network (and only bargain network) to charge my bank account 16.96 each month after they told me that I could use a trial membership and cancel before the charge date and not be charged. I cancelled my membership before the charge date and the guy I talked to said that I would not be charged. The next day, it was posted to my account...$16.95. I blew it off and figured it was cancelled, because I called later and they confirmed tht it was in fact cancelled. Now... Less than a month later, I am being charged again! It is the same amount, $16.95, but instead of charging through the Bargain Network, it is charging me for Passport to Fun (whatever that is). I called and the guy I talked to [once again] cancelled my membership. His name is "Peter", yet he speaks with an Indian accent and his employee id number is apparently 25336. I called my bank's claims department and they are in the process of settling it.
