Today i Took a trip across town to my local BestBuy. I have 60$ in Best Buy Bucks i wanted a game, the tony hawk skater game. Once i get up to the cash reigster to proceed with Checkout the cashier states he can not cash everyone in on my total for my purchase!
I told him the rules do not state this i have them printed up right here. Well he refused to read it and called for a floor manger, she comes over and states the same thing! I showed her what i printed off there website. She says ohh thats wrong you can only use 3 dollars a day on GAMES and music and DVD"S. Well the rules states you can use them on more than 3 titles the same.
Well she gets mad and says il go get the {OTHER RULES} I said what other rules? She says ohh the rules you printed off the website is wrong and incorrect! I said well if thats the case i guess bestbuy is commiting false advertisement? She says no they have not been updated on bestbuy.com i said oh. Well if that was the case how come the rules have not been updated from day one of monoploy? At mcdonlads?
She says i am not going stand her and argue with you there is the door if you do not like it, i said fine left the game and walked out.
Lastyear i used 50$ bestbuy bucks to buy a game and they took them with no problems at all.
Why does Mconalds offer these PIECE of crap bestbuy bucks if you can not use them how you like? Only 3$ bucks a day (WOW) WHAT kind of savings is that?
