I had purchased my bag 10 days ago and was emailed by a woman named Tiffany who assured me that my bad would arrive at a particular date, 4 days after my purchase. As of now, my account has been charged and I have still not recived my bag. I have contacted the "customer service" center via the email address they provide however, since my account has been charged nearly 10 days ago, i have yet to hear from anyone at this company. It is very frustrating to be dealing with this and I feel I have been robbed. I noticed another woman who has filed a report on this company and I also will take action to get my money back!
