This company was referred to us by our time-share sales-person as a way to re-sell our vacation weeks if we were unable to use them. They charged a one -time fee of $299 to list our Mexico Resort weeks (2 wks per year). We were assured, on the phone, that our resort weeks would bring us over $1000 per vacation week.
Grupo Mayan was the timeshare sales compny that referred us to them, so we wanted to believe it was a legitimate business. We never heard from them again; of course we never received any re-sale revenue. I would like to receive a refund but am not very hopeful.
