Ripoff over $20 in fees that they charge to the customer

Please do not sign up for Talk America's service. My grandmother had swithced to them because they claim that you will only pay $29.95 for local service and tax of course, but they charge you at least $20.00 in bogus service fees. My grandmother's latest bill for them was over $60.00 and that DOES NOT include long distance.

I just hope this helps you or your loved ones from signing up with a company that is just out to rip off hard working Americans!
