Ripoff took more Deposit money than stipulated and not all locations given on written notice

I somehow new that I had been caught out, being late at night and tired. I'm a pensioner so an ill afforded rip off has been so upsetting. I have been wanting to go to USA for some time and that is the ploy they got me on.
I sure hope these people get caught with the legal system. This happened to me mid September.
