It actually started three years ago when for unknown reasons, they stopped sending us bills. I would call and go through at least three hours of one person to the next so on and so on and they said they would send bills, but we never got them. We would go and pay or pay over phone and still NOTHING. This kept on for several months more like 7 until the suspended our service. Call them up they claim we had not paid in four months. Went round and round arguing and speaking to this person and that supervisor, neeldess to say our phone was out for 2 months over this. They claim they "found the error."
Well here we sit in and aprox. Every other month Ihave to go through this CRAPOLA with them again and for the last year every other month they have suspended our service for nonpayment... Now about the last year we have not paid a bill under 350.00... When executive office was contacted they told me that it was because we were not paying our bill off in full each month. HUH??? How can we not be when I call in to get amount as we have nto recieved our bill and am told this is what you owe??? Well in the mail yesterday I got the bill that is due October 3 and a suspension notice for Sept. 21... I called them and they point balnk told me that it was my fault that if i would pay on time and in full none of this would happen... Again how can I when I do not recieve bills, and am told one thing only to find out a month to two months later that it was not correct???
WHo is at fault here??? I ahve filed numerous compalints with the executive office over the last three years for everything including rudness of customer service, overcharging, etc. I am at the point where to hell with it they will not get another dime from me.
BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY FROM THEM!!! You the customer have no rights nor are you right at any point because they are and you lie under all circumstance...
