Ripoff i got a late payment and i called them to let them no i would get caught up soon and they said no Orlando Florida nationwide

I ran late on my payment once and they said if i dont get the full payment in they will keep giving me late untill i get caught up i said i would send them the payment ever mounth untill i get the one up to date i said 200 a mounth for 3 mounth and my other payments they said no way and no one can do it i think that is wrong how can a person get caught up they also dont post payments on time i send it out and it dont get posted untill they decide
