I will be unable to pay my gas bill in a timely fashion. I tried to make arrangements to pay my bill in such a way that it would have funds available the two days after the utility company's mandatory cut off date, but Kansas Gas Service aka Oneok was not willing to work with me.
Now, I will have to pay a reconnection fee. Yes, I have been late in the past, but I have always paid my bill.in fact, here is my payment history for 13 months.

You would think that the utility company would work with me. Apparantly, it only cares how to make a little extra money and does not care whether a customer of long standing can be trusted or not.
This is simply unfair and unjustified.By the way, this is the same company that would not admit any wrongdoing when it came to a series of gas explosions in Hutchinson, Kansas.
