Ripoff, scam, Fraudulant billing

This company sent a bill for 4 charges (60 minutes) for internet web access totalling over $115.00. We do not have long distance service available at the home phone# that they list and don't use a phone hard line connection to the internet at all. Also it is a vacation home and no one was at the house at the time they are saying there was use.

I told them I would not pay this bill without proof. They said (specifically representative #8040) they would reduce the bill by 25%. When I told them they would reduce the bill by 100% or prove to me this was not bogus and let me speak to a manager, they hung up on me.

They also said they could not tell me where these internet access charges were to but then told me they could block access to that site in the future. If they don't know, how can they block it?

Cheap looking homemade bill No web address or email address listed on bill for a supposed internet web access company also fishy. Account number listed as phone number. Tried to call them back put on terminal hold gave up. I'm not paying anything... Bogus, bogus, bogus!!!
