I've bought printing from VistaPrint over the years. Apparently in placing an order with them earlier this year I a apparently clicked on a link that signed me up for a "service" called DealPass. Dealpass.com
I've been charged $12.95 a month for the past 6 months under a company identified as AP9 Connections. I was told by DealPass AKA AP9 Connections that they could only credit the most recent month's charge. I called VistaPrint and was told by their rep that he wasn't aware of AP9 Connections or DealPass and put me on hold. He came back to say that they WERE an affilaite of this organization and asked for my email address to send me their actions on this matter. Ironically, this rep was aware of consumer complaints.com!
This is credit card fraud!!
