About a month ago I business business cards that I ordered online from VistaPrint. I was very pleased with the cards. Today I noticed on my bank statement that a charge of $9.95 was there from AP9 Connections. My wife shearched that name and came up with the report on this site. Our bank was very nice about it but basically we have to cancel that credit card and get a new one.
I called VistaPrint and they were aweful. They are either blind (which I don't believe) or they are just choosing not to realize what their affiliates are doing. They actually said it was MY FAULT for this happening. Yes, I recall a statement about recieving $10 off my bill through VistaPrint but nowhere did it say I would be charged $9.95 from some other company. AP9 Connections? Turns out by using some information from this site that my problem was with DealPass. I went there and low and behold I have an account.
I called the number they have on their site and spoke to a lady. She immediately cancelled my account and said I would be refunded the $9.95 in two days. If I have anything to say to anyone out there. DO NOT USE VISTAPRINT! They are deceptive in their practices! I will follow up on whether or not I get my money back.
