I received their credit card rip-off (funny no card) which was unsolicited and have been trying to close this account. They continue to charge the 'account set up fees' what a joke! Interest, participation fees etc. On their initial charge no less.
I took the advice of "Rip-off" and have filed complaints on line with the agencies listed at the bottom of this letter. I am also sending a copy of this letter to the three credit reporting agencies in hopes that my credit is not ruined. Here is my letter.

I am again returning the enclosed unsolicited, unwanted, unneeded, unwelcome account statement. No credit card was ever received and it is not wanted. This is the SECOND notice to close this account and credit all fees charged to this account. The first request to CLOSE/CANCEL this account was made within the 30 day period allowed. Please close this account forthwith and credit your outrageous account set up fees', including your participation fee', late fee, etc. FORTHWITH.
I am also forwarding a copy of this letter to the South Dakota State Attorney General with a request to investigate your business practices.in addition, complaints have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and the Internet Fraud Complaint Center of the FBI.
