A few years ago we hired centex to come in to treat for ants—and we got alot more than we wished for&a tech did go up into the attic to use a power spray gun charged with poison— after completing the attic, he handed the un - trained tech on the ground floor the gun, which he started by mistake—not knowing how he turned it on, he had no idea how to turn it off.
It first sprayed in the master closet, out into the master bedroom, to out into the main living area, at which time the a/c was on and the poison was carried though out the home. The techs opened the windows and doors, but it only served to make the poison cover areas worth, the poison was so thick it was said that you could not see your hand in front of your face. Well that day we came and burned due to the poison in the air and see that every inch of our home was covered& every silk plant, book carpets, pictures, all th epots, pans, and dishes, every item with cloth of fabic have to be distroyed as the doctot on the case said that you can never clean these itens—centex had many words but no action&like our master closet and to have them cleaned, centex would pay for they - well $1600 later, guess who paid, we did—then the doctor that you can't clean items with poison on it — so we trash all the cloths&this was not all, due to centex's words to restore us and in waiting we lived in 35 different places - always thinking this would be resolved the next day—we lived with friends, family, hotels, motels, campsites, motorhomes ect. Ect. Sometimes one night and sometimes a week&you never knew—you only hoped—one of the biggest stressers was we still had to pay the morgage at the home that was spray and keep renting a 2nd place - you know, being 52 you might I would not have to life as a gypsy and that was never my intent.&well four years later, not much has chaged&lawyers will not take the case because of no personal injury - how about the broken marriage due to stress and money issues. How about the pain and suffering we've under gone at the hands of this very large, very powerful copamy, the 2 tons of personal items thrown away into a construction dumpter&damaged belongings&the list goes on&this has changed my whole personality&this has changed my life forever - and fact seems to be that centex will get away with this - the big guy, screws the little guy&you know this has been the hardest years of my life¢ex admitted wrong, but never corrected wrong— we are at a loss—it's to hard even to see a centex truck around&we were working with a Phil Mannis with no help at all - we have lost over$100,000 by working with centex—pretty costy pest control.&done for now
