I got a loan from Centex and together with Fidelity National Title, changed amounts after we had signed the loan documents with a notary at our home. Centex and Fidelity National Title also had the Deed of Trust notorized without my spouse signing the notary book and claimed that he was there personally with the Deed of Trust was signed. I have written every department you can think of and no one has really investigated the process of this frodulent loan and the response from them is, "there is nothing wrong with the loan".
I just can not believe that Centex can continue to do this and get away with it. I assume that the reason theses departments do not find anything wrong with the loan is because they do not want and have the time for single complaints. I am looking for someone who has maybe a group that will go forward with a class action lawsuit. We have the promises in written form and we can not get anyone to move forward and investigate this company. Everyone tells me to get a lawyer, but after the Centex loan our finances are in pretty bad shape.
Please let me know of any information you might have to help us.
