Received bill on 6/16/05 informing me that I owed $32.04 for two services on 5/23/05 thru a company by the name of Navicomm, LTD based in Bedford, TX. The alleged contacts were on the same day at 8:17AM and 4:38PM. At 7 min each for a total of $32.04. I contacted One Call and advised them I had never heard of this company and no way was going to pay this bill. The operator said that the call was noted. When I asked what that meant, she said the call was noted and my objection to paying the bill. I informed her that it was not an objection but a refusal. I have not heard from either company since but it appears to be at least mail fraud since the USPS delivered the bill. I intend to contact the USPS and find out if they are interested in pursuing this matter. Will update this message later.
