June 20th I recieved a bill from One Call Communications Inc. Out of Carmel IN.in the amount of $32.57 for internet website access provided by Navicomm, LTD out of Bedford TX.
I called them and was on hold for a total of 51 min. Then when you do talk to someone they are numbers. The two agents I talked to were #8040 and #133. The Supervisor was #8001.
They were all scripted and could not give me an answer as to how I logged onto a website without seeing a disclaimer. I told all three that I would not pay and to place a block on my numbe
