I started getting billed monthly for this service that I never signed up for. When I tried to call the number on my credit card statement it was an answering service that knew nothing about the company. I emailed and was told that they would issue a credit that was back in Feb 05 and I still havent recieved it. This company is the biggest scam making millions of dollars off of innocent people. SOMETHING needs to be done..
Check out the other comments. I too will start calling the company and using up their voicmail time and anything else that I can do to annoy them until they clean up their act and refund "OUR" money. I have been sending them e-mails (the same ones) I just keep pressing "Send" until my hand gets tired... There has to be something that can be done!
