I ordered Patch Perfect Grass Seed from TV commercial. I phoned the number from TV. I was suppose to be charged $19.95 S&H should be $27.90 but was billed $111.60. I called Patch Perfect & disputed the amount & they said I asked for "Professional" Patch Perfect I told them I was ordering the $19.95 as shown on the TV commercial! When we received the seed it was 2 small bags & no invoice. We had no idea they billed $111.60 until my Visa bill arrived. ($79.80 S&H $31.80).
I disputed the amount with my credit card compay & they reimbersed me $83.70. Patch Perfect sent then the invoice that I received the product & they re-billed my credit card $83.70. I called Patch Perfect again to complain & the rep could careless - he said send it back unopened but we had opened & used some of it! We wanted to try it on our lawn.
This product DOES NOT work & it DOES NOT spread the amount of feet it states. This product & company is a RIP OFF!!
